Question:  Is the registration here free and without committal?
Answer:  Yes, your registration here in the webshop is absolutely free and without any committal.


Question:  Why register here, can I order without creating a customer account?
Answer:  Sure you can order without having a customer account. But only registered customers can access all special offers and discounts.


Question:  Are the items here in the shop new or used?
Answer:  The items here in the shop are new with warranty. If an item is not new, it is clearly marked as a used part.


Question:  I cannot find a special item, but I am sure I have already seen it here?
Answer:  Items, which ran out of stock or are not available anymore will be deactivated and cannot be seen until we have checked and restocked them. If you are searching for a special product, you can use this form.


Question:  The search for genuine BMW part numbers does not work.
Answer:  It works, but you have to use the correct format. Please enter the BMW part number consisting of 11 digits without any spaces between the digits. For example: 71 60 7 688 864 has to be 71607688864.


Question:  I am looking for a genuine BMW spare part, which is not listed here in the shop.
Answer:  If you are looking for a BMW spare part for your bike, which is not listed here, please use our part form.


Question:  Which shipping service do you use?
Answer:  We use DPD for shipping to most countries. If you prefer German DHL, please let us know. Shipping to countries outside the Europe Union will be done with German DHL. You can also arrange a pick up of your order here with a shipping service you prefer at your own charge (if you have a FedEx account for example).


Question:  How long does it take to receive my order?
Answer:  Normally, all of the items are in stock and we ship your order within 2-3 days after we have received your payment. Shipping within Germany takes about 1-2 working days, shipping within Europe takes about 2-6 working days, depending on the destination country. If one item of your order is not available, we will contact you immediately.


Question:  Is the shipping of my order insured?
Answer:  Yes, we only use insured shipping. You will receive an e-mail with the tracking number as soon as the order was picked up here.


Question:  Is it possible to determine the time of delivery (for example 9:00AM-5:00PM)?
Answer:  No, we cannot define the time of delivery. It depends on the shipping company.


Question:  Is it possible to change my delivery address after I have paid by Paypal?
Answer:  No, the Paypal rules are very strict. The delivery address cannot be changed after the payment was done by Paypal. We have to use the shipping address which was registrated at Paypal at the time you did the payment.


Question:  Is it possible to send my order uninsured to save money?
Answer:  No, we do not provide uninsured shipping. We use insured shipping with tracking number only.


Question:  I received a tracking link, but it does not work.
Answer:  The tracking link will be sent as soon as the package is picked up here. It takes about 12 hours after the pick up until this link will work.


Question:  I cannot see the shipping costs on my order confirmation.
Answer:  The most common reason for this is that you have chosen "self pickup" as shipping method. Another reason is that the ISO code of some countries outside the Europe Union is not listed in our shipping table. In that case, we will contact you as soon as possible to tell you the shipping costs.


Question:  Is it possible to pick up my order in your shop?
Answer:  Yes, you can pick up your order here in our shop. Pick up is possible Mo-Fr from 09:00AM-05:00PM, please contact us before.


Question:  Where can I see the status of my order?
Answer:  If you are logged in here, go to your account to see your order and the status of it. If you have ordered without a registration (guest order), this function will not be available. You cannot see the any status then.


Question:  Is it possible to purchase on account?
Answer:  No, purchase on account is not possible.


Question:  Which kind of payment methods do you accept?
Answer:  We accept Paypal, sofortüberweisung.de, bank transfer or cash on delivery (within Germany only). Cash payment is also possible if you pick up your order here in our shop.


Question:  Do I have to pay the German VAT if I live outside the Europe Union?
Answer:  No, if the delivery address is outside the Europe Union (like Switzerland or USA for example) you do not have to pay the German sales tax. Please contact us before you place an order, then we can set your customer status to international customer living outside the Europe Union after your registration.


Question:  I have a company and a valid VAT number, what about the sales tax?
Answer:  If you have a company and a valid VAT number, it is possible to order without the German sales tax. To check your company, we need the following documents: Your VAT number, a copy of the business registration of your company, a copy of the ID card of the company owner or the company manager. You can send these documents to us by e-mail, mail or fax.

Question:  What if the ordered clothing does not fit?
Answer:  No problem. We can change the size or we can take it back, it is your choice.


Question:  Do I have to pay an extra fee, if I want to send back an item to change the size?
Answer:  No, you only have to pay the shipping cost.


Question:  I need an installation manual for an item.
Answer:  Normally the items are shipped with an installation manual (if available). Most of the manuals can also be found in the download section.


Question:  I want to call you by phone, but I do not speak German.
Answer:  You can reach us by phone Mo.-Fr. 09:00AM till 05:00PM at +49 (0) 721 7 90 77 82. We speak German an English.
