These professional black touring boots for the all-year use are permanently windproof and waterproof as well as highly breathable due to their GORE-TEX® membrane. A further refined version of the previous Pro Touring boot, the present model is even softer and lighter. This is not only due to the hydrophobicised soft cowhide (1. 8-2. 0 mm thick) but also the softly padded shaft top and the comfort foam on the inside which adapts to the shape of the foot. The zip is now on the outside, making it easier to slip the boots on and off. There are other new features, too, such as leather flex zones on the instep. These flex zones made of glove-soft leather at the heel and instep improve mobility since they are adapted to natural body movements, as well as making it easier to slip the boots on. A large Velcro surface provides size adjustment around the calves. The anatomically shaped inner sole with antibacterial function can be removed for washing. The large plastic shin protectors, which are additionally reinforced and padded with foam, the padded plastic ankle guard and the heel and toe reinforcements all enhance safety. The shift lever protector on the right and left is made of soft polyurethane. On the inside of the heels this material is also used to protect the leather from abrasion against the motorcycle frame.
